Throughout our time of operation, we have proven history of developing and delivering services in partnership, which has resulted in all service provision being fully occupied and in us maintaining excellent void percentages.

Ridge Care Group also has a proven history of being able to provide and deliver bespoke packages of care and support and buildings at short notice for service users who have been identified as at risk. This translates to experience of meeting individual’s needs and outcomes during difficult transition periods and ensuring that individuals feel at home within new environments, new staff teams and in control within a very short time.

We believe that each person using our service should have as much choice and control over their lives as possible. At Ridge Care Group, support staff and management involve service users as much as possible, to provide them with every opportunity to decide how their service is run.
