Our People
The role of our Leadership is to ensure that Ridge Care Group is being well managed in the best interests of the people we support. The Leadership Team ensures that the organisation’s strategy and policies are adhered to in line with our purpose. The Leadership Team also ensures that Ridge Care Group complies with all applicable rules and regulations.
RAJESH PATEL
Director
I was born in south London in 1971, raised and educated in Purley, south London and later in the village of Bletchingley, Surrey. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business and Psychology.
I am married with two grown up sons, am the founder and owner of a successful business which specialises in property repairs for vulnerable residents’ homes and also a co-founder and Trustee of a charity that provides support to children with HIV in India.
Ridge Care Group has provided me with the exciting opportunity to work with, and support, people closer to home. I will ensure that the core values of positive & effective support are imbedded within the day-to-day life of Ridge Care Group, giving the people who use the service the support required to achieve their personal goals.
I am delighted to work alongside the dedicated and established staff team led by our Registered Manager, Julia Rocks.
DIPAK PATEL
Director
At university I graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Pure Economics. I am grateful for this education - whilst reading this field I could not have foreseen how much of a foundation & understanding the subject gave me for later in life.
I spent the first few years after graduation in America teaching Physics and Mathematics. After my contract expiry, I was eager to return back to London.
In 2008 I joined a growing business with a robust economic model. This business was Cosyseal – which is concentrated in the Social Housing sector. This enabled me to develop specific skill sets that engaged me directly with organisations with vulnerable residents within this sector.
Looking to the future, The Care Sector was a primary goal of mine since it has many parallels in the company ethos at Cosyseal. Together with Rajesh, I felt the environments and general funding financials suited my goals for long term investment. The last decade has proven that Rajesh and myself are able to maintain a stable, successful partnership in which we feel confident to move forward in business together.
CLAIRE FERRARI - Director of Care
I have been privileged for many years to work in Adult Social Care gaining a wealth of experience and throughout I have truly enjoyed the journey. Over time this has given me the knowledge to build platforms to improve peoples’ lives, both in care and in providing great employment opportunities.
I am married with two grown up sons, am the founder and owner of a successful business which specialises in property repairs for vulnerable residents’ homes and also a co-founder and Trustee of a charity that provides support to children with HIV in India.
I have in-depth knowledge of current legislation, regulations, best practice and I have audited and provided a prioritised action plan along with implementation support for Ridge Care Group, our managers, and the teams of staff.
I am passionate about my work and I am prepared to work flexibly and proactively to achieve improvements.
