Ridge Care group is a privately owned care provider, providing registered care and support for adults with diagnosed learning disabilities and autism. We are dedicated to providing excellence in social care for people who use our services irrespective of origin, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age or disability.
Our services support people with complex needs, people with behaviours which challenge, people with associated mental health problems and those with profound and multiple learning disabilities.
We believe that the people who use our services should be at the centre of their support plans and as such it is imperative that they are able to communicate their individual needs, wishes, and choices to their support teams. We currently use a wide variety of communication aids such as verbal, pictorial and objects of reference to ensure we are always listening and understanding the needs of the people using our service.
